Not So Basic Stripe Top

How fun is this little blouse!  Loving the stitched smocked texture and you know we're suckers for a classic white & black stripe.  Love the lattice edge and the fit of this one.  You can wear it causally or dress it up.  Runs true to size, Jackie does the small and Kayla the large.
